For this reason, the guild will never rise to the level of prominence that other organizations, such as Black Sun, possess through the strength and strictness of their leadership. Though the Bounty Hunters' Guild has a certain amount of power over its own members, the guild is still full of loose cannons that occasionally bend or break the rules for their own benefit.
